These are the plain-language terms for using The Gathering and the apps made by The Liaison, a studio in Atlanta, Georgia. By buying or using them, you are agreeing to these terms. Questions are always welcome at hello@theliaisonatl.com.
What you are buying
The Gathering is lifetime access to our four tools: The Occasion, The Dinner, The Cocktail, and Bloom, for the price shown at checkout. Lifetime means yours to keep, with no renewals and no expiry.
How access works
After your payment, you are taken to your welcome page, where your four apps are ready to open. If you ever lose your way back, write to us and we will help.
A note on what our tools make
Our apps use AI to give you thoughtful suggestions: a plan, a menu, a cocktail, an arrangement. They are here to help you, not to replace your own judgment. In particular, any dietary or allergy guidance in The Dinner is a helpful aid, not a guarantee. Always confirm allergies and dietary needs directly with your guests and your caterer before serving. The Liaison is not responsible for decisions made from a tool's suggestions.
Your content
You confirm that you have the right to use anything you upload, and you give us permission to use it only to produce your results.
Refunds
Because access is delivered to you right away and is yours for life, sales are final once your access is granted. If something has genuinely gone wrong on our end, tell us and we will make it right.
The fine print
We pour real care into these tools, but we provide them as is and cannot promise they will be free of every error or always available. The Liaison is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from their use. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Changes
If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top. The terms in place when you buy are the ones that apply to your purchase.
